The workshop consisted of a four hour sit and listen lecture and then a 2.5 hour safari outdoors. A vast majority of the class participants consisted of beginners with very fancy cameras. Other than the handful of people with basic point and shoot cameras, I am pretty certain I had one of the oldest Canon Rebels. The class did not teach us that the camera is everything and all that matters, it taught us that if we can use our camera - we have the power. I walked away content and confident that I can use my camera 100% manually and produce pictures that require almost no post processing.
