Temperance River | North Shore

There are so many rivers along the North Shore that feed into Lake Superior. They all start to look the same after awhile but each and every river has her own personality. Temperance River is a mighty, mighty powerful river. The photo above was taken after a couple mile hike in from Lake Superior past all of the gorges, rock crevices, and raging waterfalls then up to this quiet and serene place. It was so beautiful, I can't even describe it with the most accurate adjectives!
